I noticed that people were complaining in other reviews that the bathroom is on a different level from the theatre. The pop corn was fresh and the soda actually tasted like soda instead of seltzer water.The bathrooms at this theatre are so beautiful and they are CLEAN.

We also got free popcorn which I ate for the majority of the movie while I stared at the screen. I think the best part of the meal was the shrimp tacos. There is also a button on your table that you can use to let your waiter or waitress know that you are ready to order.We ordered the shrimp tacos, fried chicken and the cheddar biscuits. There was a table for food and cup holders that were hidden secretly in the wall. We had sufficient leg room, reclining comfortable seats, pillows and a blanket. My date and I choose a corner seat in the last row of the theatre. Once she handed the tickets over we went up the escalator and found our theatre.The theatre we were in was small and very intimate. She asked for the name on the reservation and promptly proceeded to print our tickets. After being unsuccessful in that task we opted to ask the lady at front desk for help. At first we tried to retrieve our physical tickets from the kiosk that we saw in front of the door. There aren’t many options for street parking in the area asides from a parking lot or metered parking which is difficult to attain.Upon entering the theatre my date and I were amazed at the beautiful decor.
I pre ordered my tickets online and I paid around $60.00 for premium seating. I visited the IPIC theatre for the first time on Monday February 26th, 2018 to see the Black Panther movie. You obviously dont care about the safety and comfort of your customers, and only care about getting your money. Extremely unprofessional, unethical, and irresponsible. Why do you people let this happen then? Even worse, you let this happen during a pandemic. You are charging almost $30 for the privacy of your own booth, and you let other people interfere/invade that privacy? Are you serious? Restaurants dont let strangers sit at your table. If you book by yourself, another unethical stranger can book the seat next to you, and youre seating awkwardly with a stranger next to you for the whole movie while you 2 eat without looking at each other. This means theyre not cleaning or even wiping them, especially in crucial times like these.Another huge flaw is that they let strangers sit next to you in those 2-person private booths. I have been several times since their reopening, and every single time I have gone, the seats are sticky. I used to go there all the time before the pandemic, but ever since they reopened, the theater has gone downhill. I do disagree with the shaker being large enough to split between two people if you want more than one drink. You can order a single cocktail or a shaker. The wait staff is great and can get very busy so its easier to use the button than having them guess when you are ready to order.* The lounges in the front row are nice but keep in mind that you will be lounging through the whole movie.* The cocktails are great. There is a call button on the table and I suggest hitting it asap and at least get a drink order in.

The bar has a very relaxed vibe and is a nice place to grab a drink before or after your movie.* Premium Plus Seating. The electronic tickets are fast and easy.* The restrooms are on the 3rd floor in The Tuck Bar. With the Premium & Premium Plus recliners there isnt a bad seat in the house.Tips:* Order tickets from their app. The staff has always been very helpful and polite. I have seen several movies at the Futon iPic and always had a great experience.
